Le gestionnaire immobilier travaillera avec l'équipe existante de gestionnaires immobiliers sur l'acquisition et l'intégration de nouveaux immeubles résidentiels multifamiliaux.

**Responsabilités**:

- Superviser les déménagements et les emménagements pour toutes les unités
- Gérer tous les problèmes liés au bâtiment
- Garantir une satisfaction et une rétention optimales des locataires
- Rester en contact avec tous les fournisseurs, préposés à l'entretien, etc. selon les besoins et planifier des visites/inspections régulières
- Organiser des devis pour différents travaux sous la supervision du directeur des propriétés résidentielles et rencontrer des spécialistes sur site selon les besoins
- Gérer le personnel d'entretien et de nettoyage
- Se rendre à la régie du logement au besoin

**Qualifications**:

- Une voiture est requise
- Amical et optimiste
- Très organisé
- Intéressé par une entreprise immobilière en pleine croissance
- Expérience de travail dans l'immobilier est un atout mais n'est pas obligatoire
- Anglais et français requis, l'espagnol est un atout

Salaire:
50 000 $ $, selon l'expérience + bonus discrétionnaire de fin d'année

**Job Summary**:
The Property Manager will work with the existing team of property managers on the acquisition and integration of new multifamily buildings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the turning of all units (move outs, move ins, etc.)
- Managing all building related issues
- Ensuring top tenant satisfaction and retention
- Keeping contact with all various suppliers, technicians, etc. as needed and scheduling regular visits/inspections
- Arranging quotes for various work under the supervision of the Property Manager and meeting specialists on site as needed
- Managing maintenance and cleaning staff
- Going to the rental board as needed
- Friendly and optimistic
- Highly organized
- Interested in fast growing company/real estate
- Experience working in real estate is a + but not required
- English and French required, Spanish is an asset

**Salary**:
$50,000 - $75,000, depending on experience
