    Key Responsibilities:

    • Devise and implement strategic plans that adapt to unique market conditions and community needs.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with communities to strengthen local hiring, enhance stakeholder relationships, and sustain robust community bonds.
    • Drive cost management and operational improvements to ensure performance meets financial targets and strategic objectives.
    • Travel to multiple remote locations, including northern communities, to build relationships internally and externally to support growth.

    Who You Are:

    • You possess at least 7 years of senior management experience in a multilocation retail environment.
    • You are a dynamic leader capable of implementing visionary strategies with a strong track record of operational and financial success.
    • You are committed to community involvement and thrive on building relationships that enhance both organizational and community wellbeing.
    • Extensive travel, 50%, is part of your role, with the ability to adapt swiftly to the diverse needs of the locations you will oversee.
