    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our quality management system to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You will lead a team of quality professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management, extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
    2. Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and specifications to meet customer requirements and industry regulations.
    3. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of quality control processes.
    4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and evaluate compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues, resolve non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
    6. Analyze quality data, including customer feedback, product defects, and process variations, to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
    7. Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
    8. Oversee the calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement results.
    9. Conduct supplier assessments and manage supplier quality performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and components.
    10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality management and incorporate best practices into the organization's processes.
    11. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality awareness, facilitating problem-solving initiatives, and driving Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
    12. Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of concern, improvement opportunities, and progress towards quality objectives.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    2. Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
    3. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
    4. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and statistical analysis.
    5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g., FDA, ISO, AS9100).
    6. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
    8. Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems, including document control, non-conformance management, and corrective/preventive actions.
    9. Proficiency in using quality tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
    10. Certification in quality management, such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), is a plus.
    11. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results.
    12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
