Operations Analyst Asset Management:

Position Overview

Duties/Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
Maintain Asset Management repository for hardware inventory.
Maintain Asset Management repository for software and license inventory.
Update and correct the asset management configuration items in the database following receipt from Client of information regarding Client personnel and/or inventory changes effectuated by the Client.
Define the processes and procedures that the Client and any Third Party will perform when a change to an asset occurs.
Work with the client to build a process for asset lifecycle management for hardware and software.
Organize and conduct regular audits for both hardware and software at the various Client locations.
Control hardware inventory as hardware inventory moves (following Installs, Moves, Adds, or Changes) through the life cycle at the Client locations.
Implement necessary measures in order to maintain a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy.
Develop Reports related to asset management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience Required

Legally eligible to work in Canada.
2+ years' experience with asset management services.

Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
Adept at handling interruptions and multitasking during highvolume periods.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Outgoing personality with topnotch organizational, timemanagement and followup skills.
Must be dependable, punctual and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Exceptional customer service skills. Possess the ability to interface with different personalities.
Possess a technical aptitude and desire to learn.
