    Are you searching for a fun, passionate, travel, destination wedding loving team? –We arecurrentlylookingfor a Travel Consultant, Groups and Destination Weddings to join us in making destination wedding and vacation dreams come true.

    As the Travel Consultant, Groups and Destination Weddings youwillwork with group travel bookings, andgenerate customer loyalty through excellent customer service, efficiency, and expert product knowledge.

    The Travel Consultant, Groups manages all aspects of their wedding group travel files, including working with each individual guest, coordinating group file with tour operators/travel suppliers, payment collection,andall accountingpertaining tothe file.

    Be responsible for maintaining an average group level of 25 wedding groups (average 30-50 passengers), with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each guest and understand their specific needs within the group.

    Create wedding invite websites for each group.
    Provide an exceptional level of customer service to guests at all times.
    Manage customer service calls/emails and respond accordingly.
    Bilingual French English a strong asset
    Demonstrates initiative and customer service excellence
    Strong organizational and customer service skills.
    Travel Industry experience a must, preferable with group travel experience.
    Being able to manage multiple files with a variety of customers who have different expectations regarding service
