- Manage and boost industry revenues in top accounts and bring in new large accounts ($60K - $500K)
- Lead sales strategy, target customer accounts, prospect, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Retain and expand relationships with top accounts by identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions
- Continuously source and prospect for new clients
- Conduct sales calls, including cold calls, follow up on leads and referrals to promote product solutions and increase sales in assigned area
- Identify and connect with decision makers in existing accounts, establish ongoing relationship strategy, build partnerships, and position Wajax as a trusted advisor
- Assess and provide insight on potential client opportunities while ensuring alignment with overall account strategy
- Forecast, deliver, and adjust accounts to meet contract terms
- Collaborate with product experts to pinpoint and leverage cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and service requests
- Develop proposals and quotes based on client needs and offerings
- Ensure full compliance with Impact sales process and utilize CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Education: Bachelor's degree / College Diploma (an asset)
- Minimum 4 years of experience with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales and account management goals
