- Plan and execute major shutdowns efficiently, minimizing downtime
- Guarantee availability of necessary equipment and parts for maintenance activities
- Support the procurement team in parts sourcing
- Optimize maintenance work coordination to uphold operational reliability
- Create task instructions for preventive and predictive maintenance
- Manage work orders effectively
- Update maintenance systems with new equipment information
- Verify completion of all maintenance requests before closing work orders
- Monitor equipment-related purchases and ensure compliance with requests
- Participate in equipment issue resolutions and process enhancements
- Investigate equipment breakdowns and improve mechanical processes
- Attend team meetings and handle related tasks as needed
- Background in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computer tools, familiarity with Maximo is advantageous
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
