Key Areas of Responsibility


As a member of the Fully Managed Team, you'll be working alongside world class tech talent, stretching your abilities by solving complex problems on a daily basis.

  • Design, configure and implement Microsoft Office365 and Azure projects for Fully Managed clients, leveraging industryleading products and services from our technical partners.
  • Being responsible for the overall success of technology upgrades for Fully Managed clients
  • Responsible for a wide range of hardware/network deployments (upgrades, migrations, installs)
  • Assisting in the improvement of the of clients' IT environments by assisting them in adopting new, modern solutions
  • Creating accurate documentation of client networks, known issues, and client information
  • Creating standardized operating procedures and assisting with post implementation support after successful delivery of the new solution
  • Participating in internal meetings to ensure the success of our national Professional Services team

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Postsecondary studies relating to IT (e.g. Networking, Systems Administration)
  • Combination of 510 years of progressive experience in an ITrelated field related to networking, systems administration, solutions implementation
  • 5+ years' experience with one or more of the following:
  • Active Directory, LAN and Virtualization administration
  • Leading and interacting with customer facing projects
  • Migrations and management of Microsoft Azure stack
  • Migrations and management of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
  • Microsoft Intune for Windows/Mobile endpoints
  • Microsoft Server management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
  • Proven problemsolving ability to work rapidly in high pressure situations
  • Exceptional demonstrated English verbal and written communication abilities
  • Selfstarter able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to travel occasionally
