    TalentSphere has partnered with a distinguished Vancouver firm focusing on top-notch sustainable design that significantly impacts communities and lives. This firm excels in all types of residential constructions, mixed-use projects, renovations, and seniors housing. With a solid reputation in the Vancouver architecture sector, they offer a collaborative work environment and stunning ocean views from the office, fostering career growth. Operating on a MAC platform and utilizing ArchiCAD for design and visualization.

    THE ROLE
    This position seeks an intermediate technologist with a proven track record. Ideal candidates possess diverse portfolios showcasing their unique design approach and skill, particularly in wood frame, multifamily residential projects. Gain exposure across all project phases.

    • 4-10 years of experience (preferably in BC)
    • Architectural Technology Degree
    • Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred; willingness to learn
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam PDF
    • Experience with VBBL & BC Building Codes, plus knowledge of wood and concrete construction
    • Positive, proactive, excellent communicator
    • Understanding of sustainable building concepts
