Responsibilities:

As a member of the Operations Manager's team, the Service Technician brings expertise by:

Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service and replace or repair electromechanical devices and systems.
Dismantle, inspect and replace electromechanical equipment and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts.
Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain sanitizing equipment and plant facility's equipment supplied by Sani-Marc
Perform routine preventative maintenance per established PM program
Providing valueadded aftersales service and perform problem solving;
Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of cleaning chemical systems in Food & Beverage plants;
Travelling to the location of our customers;
Helping other departments through internal work;
Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;
Managing service calls and examining the customer's requirements.

Requirements:

To perform well, you must**:

Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
Experience in maintenance and/or maintaining food service equipment preferred
Experience in mobile onsite service preferred
Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutionsoriented
Have good communication skills and be customeroriented
Be incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughly
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record;
All applicants must take a mechanical/electrical aptitude test during the initial interview;
