Job summary
The Billing & Accounts Administrator manages billing and invoicing activities for the Alarm & Communications division ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition across installations service work monitoring contracts and recurring services.This role collaborates with internal teams and customers to maintain accurate records resolve billing issues and support efficient administrative operations.
- Prepare and issue invoices for:
- Installations and projects
- Hardware sales abortive visits and approved site overtime
- Service calls technician labour and materials
- Recurring monthly quarterly or annual subscriptions
