Demand Generation Manager to support the continuing growth of the Marketing team.

The Role


The role of the Demand Generation Manager will be to fuel our funnel, accelerate awareness, ideate and test new growth strategies, and optimize performance.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Revenue Operations, you'll be a critical component to our growing team, in the driver's seat to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and positioned to strategize on how to grow and optimize our lead funnel to drive revenue growth.

What you will do:


  • Work with our paid ads consultant owning the daytoday management of digital advertisingfocused campaigns, optimizing each program towards profitability goals via campaign development, testing, learning, strategies, targeting, and measurement for all campaigns.
  • Develop hypotheses and experiments to increase inbound generated leads.
  • Plan and execute prospecting campaigns, nurture campaigns and reengagement campaigns, regularly testing, evaluating, reporting, and measuring the results of ongoing campaigns with an eye toward continuously improving conversion rates, and making necessary adjustments until desired results are achieved.
  • Ensure that campaigns span buyer journey stages, from initial awareness, through consideration, evaluation, and purchase.
  • Marketing Ops: Own the marketing tech stack, add tools and make improvements as needed.
  • Forecast, track, and report program outcomes and ROI, while continually analyzing campaigns to improve conversion by setting up proper tracking and creating fullfunnel dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and scale each channel. Report on performance to the executive team.
  • Assist in managing budgets and meeting CPA targets on paid acquisition channels.
  • Contribute to a growth strategy for new and existing marketing channels.

What you will already have:


  • 35 years of experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of successful management of multichannel campaigns that contribute to the sales pipeline
  • Prior experience identifying and building out new channels to drive lead generation
  • Prior experience working in alternative lending is a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines and selfmanage workload
  • Tech savvy and have a firm grasp of HTML, CSS, marketing automation, CRM and prospect databases
  • Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo is an asset
