Located in North Toronto, the Club consists of over 4,000 members, with a strong presence in both the local and international social and sporting community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage service activities in the multiple dining areas and food and beverage outlets throughout the Club.
Work closely with the Banquet Manager & Lead Food and Beverage Supervisors to provide ongoing training for Food and Beverage staff to ensure consistent, quality service
Provide leadership, supervision, problem solving and decision making to staff
Motivate staff to promote excellent member satisfaction and service
Be a visible, handson manager; recruit, train and develop staff while handling workforce scheduling and planning.
Be a proactive and responsive relationship manager with members and guests
With the Director of Food & Beverage, be responsible for managing labour budgets while ensuring proper staffing levels to provide consistent, quality service
Further develop, implement and advise on service standards

Job Requirements:

Postsecondary education in hospitality or related program
Extensive knowledge of excellent Food & Beverage service, minimum of 3 years managerial role within the restaurant, hotel or private club industry
Serviceoriented, memberfocused
Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of wines, beers, spirits
Leadership experience, ability to motivate others, excellent communication skills
Excellent demonstrated computer skills
Able and willing to work variable hours days, evenings and weekends as per fluctuating business demands

Salary:
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
