Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi skilled Worker to join our team.

As a Multi skilled Worker, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties across various trades, including framing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall, and more.

This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in multiple areas of construction and maintenance.

Duties:

Perform plumbing installations and repairs, including pipe fitting and fixture installation
Switching out electrical switches and lights
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to carry out construction projects
Lay tiles and flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
Installing as well as patching drywall
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multiple trades such as framing, drywall, tile laying, trim work, etc.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
