Your Role
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment for multiunit buildings to ensure the project is completed on schedule
- Communicate frequently with Site Foreman
- Understand construction drawings, specifications and schedules
- Order material and supplies
- Prepare work areas for subtrades
- Ensure construction site is safe and clean
Your Qualifications
- Related experience with a minimum 5 years on site construction experience
- Ability to work flexibly hours as the project schedule demands
- Professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical plans, details and specifications with strong understanding of all construction trades
- Experience with machine operation an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
