- BSc or BA in business, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (business and formal academic writing).
- Experience in market and product research and analysis.
- Strong project management abilities.

- Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
