- Developing and suggesting suitable radio architectures, especially in the Public Safety sector
- Creating network and service designs based on approved architectures and industry best practices
- Leading the overall Radio Network engineering and design
- Conducting RF coverage analysis and designing RF antenna subsystems
- Managing capacity enhancements and configuring network equipment
- Deploying IP-based equipment and integrating servers
- Documenting site implementations and as-built details
- Providing on-site installation support and system optimization
- Implementing dispatch console and in-building coverage systems
- Testing and validating network equipment and configuring radio terminals
- Assisting in bid and proposal preparations
- Developing system upgrade and cutover strategies
- Evaluating networks for performance, scalability, and security
- Offering technical support during complex faults and to pre-sales groups
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Land Mobile Radio(LMR) or telecommunications
- Strong Project Management abilities
- Solid Business and Financial Acumen
- Extensive knowledge in telecommunications
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Familiarity with trunked radio networks (P25) and backhaul networks
- Experience with IP-based networks, server systems, RF antenna systems, and data networking
- Knowledge of conventional UHF and VHF radio communications
- Proficiency in organizational, prioritization, and time management
- Skills in SQL, MS Access, Auto Cad, MapInfo, Planet EV
- Experience in customer issue resolution and strong communication skills
