The Transaction Coordinator is deeply committed to supporting the Operations Manager in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader within the team.

As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the team's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.


Compensation:

$42,500


Responsibilities:


  • Follow, implement, improve, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and backoffice support
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Be the first point of contact in handling client inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the Operations Manager informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Checkin with clients on a weekly basis, keep listing agent up to date with communication
  • Execute Client Touch Program (communicate weekly with Marketing Coordinator on material to use)
  • Improve Action Plans on CRM systems to make sure they are running at the highest level to service our clients and agents
  • Print marketing material at main office (Feature sheets, etc.)
  • Create and monitor a client care referral system
