Arkuda Restoration and Cleaning, an experienced and growing company in the restoration industry, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the President, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of restoration projects, from emergency damage control to full construction and client handover.

With projects ranging from $1,000 to $2,000,000, your expertise will ensure that every job meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and Execution: Oversee project planning, evaluations, and reporting. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage project costs and documentation.

Team Leadership: Direct production crews, coordinating closely with dispatch and Operations Managers to ensure adherence to Arkuda's policies and within the safety regulations set by AHS and OHS.

Client and Contractor Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Address customer needs promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Financial Oversight: Perform job costing analysis and manage production costs to maintain the established profitable rate.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure all team members follow AHS and OHS safety guidelines and company policies.


A Typical Day


Each day begins with a review of the preceding day's progress reports and responding to any outstanding communications, ensuring a proactive start.

Subsequently, site visits are conducted, starting with new projects for initial assessments, followed by inspections of ongoing work sites to oversee progress and address any challenges directly.

Upon returning to the office, the focus shifts to addressing the day's correspondence, reinforcing the importance of maintaining clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.

The day concludes with a thorough examination of daily reports, enabling strategic planning for forthcoming tasks and ensuring continuous project advancement.


Key Skills and Qualities:

Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical abilities to assess financial scopes and interpret blueprints, with exceptional experience in Xactimate and Xactanalysis. Experience in DocuSketch, Matterport, and Sitemap design is especially considered an asset.

Management Excellence: Experience in project management, proficient in Gantt charts or similar tools, and adept at navigating Microsoft Office suite.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership: Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Adaptability: Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

$70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
