As a PerformPlus Service Representative, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.
You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients.
You drive results by reviewing special requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit's business objectives and strategies.
You help analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization's standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention- Advise partners, practitioners, members and clients on products, services and solutions and ensure their satisfaction- Analyze and meet special client needs, handle requests and follow up as needed- Collect, compile and analyze data.
Other working conditions- Work place: Position located in Montreal or Levis, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is flexible hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Temporary work : scheduled to end on August 31, 2023- Number of jobs available : 1
Qualifications:
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Specific knowledge- Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
