Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-Secondary Degree from a recognized University or degreegranting institution and/or Community College Diploma in Behavioural Sciences field, Child and youth Work or related filed.
- Five to ten years related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience. Experience in the notforprofit sector preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to CLNH Mission, Vision and
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with families
- Demonstrated commitment to and experience in coaching and managing staff teams
- Demonstrated experience in Core Competencies
- Ability to act as part of a management team and demonstrate leadership abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in supporting individuals with Autism / Dual Diagnosis / Mental Health disorders
- Must be able to supervise and manage respite service programs for children (521 years old) who have a developmental disability
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID19 (Boosters required)
HOURS OF WORK:
MON - FRI (Rotating Saturdays)
3 weekdays - 12pm -8pm
2 weekdays - 9am - 5pm
Rotating every other Saturday 8am - 4pm
Committed to regular 80 hour bi-weekly schedule that meets the needs of the people we support
Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends required**
