- Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and/or malfunctions
- Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts
- Perform updates, pre-delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections
- Complete work orders and enter technician notes
- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards
- Journeyman preferred, but open to accepting Applicants with equivalent experience and no certification.
- Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment
- Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use computers to support diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, respectful and customer-focused
