The Position -
An opportunity currently exists for an Experienced Maintenance Worker. We are offering a competitive hourly rate and benefits. The position is based in Nisku.

You will be involved in the installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a variety of overhead cranes, hoists, and steel processing equipment.

A well-rounded understanding of Building/Facility maintenance is an asset; including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building structures.

Mechanically inclined.
Skilled at reading electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handle basic repairs and maintenance of welding machines, compressors, power tools, etc.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a secure work environment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment manuals.
A good natural communicator.
A diligent worker who can operate within a team or autonomously as required.
A good problem solver.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Working at heights.

Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position communication skills in English, both in written and verbal situations are very important.
