About the Position:

Canature WaterGroup is growing We are looking to add positions in our warehouse. We are looking for driven, talented, and personable individuals with experience in warehouse production roles as well as shipping.

Some specific tasks this role is responsible for:

  • Double check all picked work orders to ensure all items are correct before initiating build of any units.
  • Build all units as per work order requirements advising any discrepancies to management.
  • Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure that production requirements and quality standards are met consistently.
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, labeling, banding, and taping.
  • Work cooperatively with the production team and other warehouse teams to meet goals.
  • Will be responsible for quality checking other team members' orders to ensure accuracy
  • Receive and process shipments
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions.

  • Engage and show respect to associates daily, building team morale to drive productivity and quality standards.
  • Maintain all equipment and in good condition during any usage and report any issues to management.
  • Keep good housekeeping practices throughout the department. Responsible for daytoday general cleanup
  • Maintain shipping standards while adhering to Quality Policies and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner and assist with order pickup as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the site leadership.
  • Float to other functions within the warehouse to assist team in meeting objectives, learn new tasks and gain knowledge for career growth

About you:


  • 13 years experience in an assembly / production line, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in plumbing an asset
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing / assembly role preferred
  • Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Customer Service experience an asset.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong math and reasoning skills
  • Ability to read work orders and requirements for builds
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions in a timely manner
  • Computer experience considered an asset as associates are required to use inventory control equipment such as QAD label printers
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Forklift certification an asset but not required
  • Ability to work overtime on occasion
