    Description
    One of Canada's leading financial institutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Toronto. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting and communicating business requirements across the organization.

    You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

    Gather and document comprehensive business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process mapping, and other techniquesAnalyze and model business processes, data flows, and use cases to identify opportunities for improvementConduct gap analysis between current and desired future states to determine project scopeCreate detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows and other requirement artifactsFacilitate requirements validation sessions and manage changes through defined processesSupport UAT activities and ensure traceability between requirements and project deliverablesProvide expertise in industry best practices and methodologies for requirements managementRequired Skills & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services domainExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesWorking knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environmentsFinancial services industry experience is highly preferredIf you have a passion for translating business vision into technical solutions, we encourage you to apply for this outstanding opportunity with a leading financial firm in Toronto.
