Monday to Friday (12:00PM to 9:00PM)

Job Description:

Position Summary:
Diagnosing and resolving incidents.

Answering user requests.

Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones.

This position implies Call Duties, to cover for eventual incident that may occur during the weekends, back holidays as a level 2 for other locations.

Technical knowledge required:
Expertise in SQL language (Sybase T-SQL required, Oracle PL/SQL is a plus) and DBMS concepts (Sybase Replication server would be a plus)

Previous experience working in Unix environments and shell scripting.

Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, C, >Net, VBA, APS,.Net, JAVA, 4D) is a plus.

Proficiency in creating Excel Macros is a plus.

Experience with Autosys, Control M, Etl tool (Database WX) as well as file transfer tools (CFTO is a plus).

Personal attributes:
Knowledge and experience of the Investment service industry.

Good Knowledge on Mutual funds Administration.

Knowledge of data collection and analysis in a large and complex/diverse environment, including relevant qualifications or experience, would be an advantage.

Strong Analytical skills.

Good interpersonal skills and team player

Client focused

Attention to details.

High energy level coupled with a desire to take on responsibility.

Able to multi-task.

Require Education or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good French verbal communication skills are a plus, fluent English communication is a must.

Pay:
$350.00-$400.00 per day
