Responsibilities:
- The purpose of the role is to support the regional sales team in achieving all individual insurance and retention targets by developing and managing various forums of sales promotion including sales campaigns.
- The incumbent will build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners who can aid in sales objectives.
- The successful candidate will share in Sun Life's values and believe in growth to achieve goals. They will manage escalations reported by the region, and escalate to RVP if necessary. They will help support market share growth by strategizing ways to increase advisor penetration and overall sales.
