    Our expectations:

    The General Project Sales Coordinator (PSC) plays a vital role in overseeing a store's interior and exterior installations projects and delivering customers a top-notch experience from project initiation to completion on various home installation projects. This includes but is not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, doors, windows, roofing, decks, and fences. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service skills, proficient project management abilities, and a drive to achieve desired outcomes.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Developing sales strategies to meet annual sales and margin targets
    • Actively securing sales through identifying potential customers, repeat clients, and referrals
    • Conducting project and design consultations, showroom tours, and occasional home visits
    • Creating design layouts, plans, and 3D renderings, suggesting available products in-store or through special orders
    • Providing detailed quotes to customers, including project scopes, timelines, financial proposals, and promoting financing options
    • Following up and finalizing sales to achieve sales and margin goals
    • Managing smooth processing of customer transactions and payments
    • Ensuring efficient handling of in-stock purchases and special orders
    • Communicating effectively with customers and contractors throughout project phases to ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Resolving issues and advocating for customers, contractors, and the company fairly
    • Efficiently managing customer escalations to minimize dissatisfaction
    • Coordinating across various store departments and employees to ensure project success, including sales training
    • Occasionally conducting on-site visits and inspections with customers and contractors
    • Promoting different RONA install sales channels
    • Implementing the Install Sales store signage strategy

    The qualifications we seek:

    • Outstanding customer service abilities
    • Three years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
    • Demonstrated sales performance, ideally in settings with financing and guarantees
    • Passion for design and home improvement
    • Proficiency in specialized design software and Microsoft Office suite
    • Thorough product knowledge
    • Advanced project management expertise
