Position:

Part-Time Control Centre Supervisor

Site:

One Elgin

Hours:

Friday & Saturday

Payrate:

- $17.53/hour

Monitor CCTV cameras, dispatch guards, ensure all staff are signing in and completing duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

Dispatch alarm and occurence repsonses
Document all information into comprehensive reports
Escalate situations appropriately to stakeholders as required
Ensure necessary procedures are followed in the event of an emergency
Liase with local emergency services & client personnel
Provide briefings to management, supervisors, and staff as required
Monitor CCTV cameras
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

6+ months experience in Control room with CCTV & Access Card System required
Must have a valid Security License for the province of Ontario
Must have a valid First Aid/CPR
Level C certification (from a WSIBapproved vendor)
Must have proof of (minimum) double COVID19 vaccination
Functional ability with the Windows operating system and Windows Office software such as Excel and Word
Superior customer service and professionalism
Above average English communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingualism (English/French) is strongly preferred
Ability to function independently and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous Operations Centre experience would be considered an asset
