The On Time Performance (OTP) Coordinator achieves high operational reliability by ensuring all pre-flight activities are conducted as planned and by developing and implementing strategies to recover from anticipated and unanticipated disruptions and delays.
- Develop and distribute daily ramp plans based on planned activity and forecast weather events.
- Monitor all preflight activities at the Saskatoon base, including towing and positioning of aircraft; fuelling; cargo and passenger loading; and deicing to ensure departures remain on time.
- Ensure safe ramp operations, identifying and responding to hazards as they occur.
- Respond to unplanned delays caused by weather, customers and aircraft and ground equipment mechanical issues.
- Provide daily and monthly on time performance reports to applicable senior management personnel and coordinate the development and implementation of corrective action plans to respond to identified drivers of poor performance.
- Under the supervision of the Manager, Safety and Quality Systems, investigate safety management system (SMS) reports related to ramp hazards, incidents, and occurrences.
- Collaborate with managers to develop continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Company's vision, mission, and values.
- Participate in organizational development and professional growth opportunities as directed and/or required.

- Participate in special projects as required.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and other educational opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety programs to promote an incident and injury free culture.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or other education such as a diploma in aviation management, air transportation management or training as a flight dispatcher with five or more years of experience in a relevant role.
The incumbent will have demonstrated knowledge of the aviation industry and airfield management operations practices, procedures and regulations and requirements.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.Skills, knowledge, and abilities include:
- Practical knowledge of airfields such as conditions of runways, taxiways, aprons, operations status and obstacles that are violations to standards and safety issues that may restrict operations and issuance of NOTAMs.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong selfleadership skills and a handson, selfsufficient, and demonstrated positive, cando attitude.
- High degree of accuracy and organization and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse employee groups.
- Customer service oriented with a focus on safety.
- Sound decisionmaking, analytical thinking, planning, problemsolving, prioritization and execution skills.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Provincial driver's license, an Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP) and a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- High energy levels and a willingness to be outside in all weather conditions.
- Required to act professionally and use mature judgement.
- Able to prioritize and organize objectives and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Must quickly adapt to changing assignments and situations with the ability to analyze data.
- Normal working hours are 5 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday.
- Some overtime and oncall work as dictated by weather and operational issues.
