Global Marketing Manager - Vancouver, Canada - Cinesite

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract highquality applicants
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Track, measure and report on campaign results
- In conjunction with the EDI specialist, create inclusive and engaging job descriptions
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
- Monitor Glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
- Design and plan recruiting events in accordance with branding guidelines and in partnership with global talent teams
- In conjunction with talent teams, serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or oncampus recruiting events
- Generate monthly updates for Cinesite's Chief of HR about upcoming recruitment and HR marketing initiatives
- Attend the quarterly group recruitment meetings
- Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
- Communicate regularly with regional Cinesite HR departments to get a clear view of studio's hiring needs and organizational goals
- Work closely with HR departments to develop creative ways for addressing global recruitment challenges
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the VFX and animation staffing industry
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
- Coordinate recruitment and retention related social posts across Cinesite's social channels
- Oversee the Montreal Specialist

Skills & Abilities
- Experience in recruitment marketing experience including experience in a manager/leadership role
- Demonstrated success in building recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience with social media, content marketing, inbound marketing and digital marketing
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
- Working understanding of how to leverage new opportunities to maximize both social and career site experience (ex. personalization, images, etc.)
- Experience setting KPIS for measuring the success of recruitment marketing strategies and reporting on success
- Strong writing skills with a good grasp of tone
- Basic proficiency in graphic design, using programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Digital experience in editing and posting content through CMS
- Proficient in publishing tools, such as Hootsuite or similar
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools, such as google analytics
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English as this role is Global, fluency in French is a strong asset
