Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development this role will involve sales of our cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Collaborate within a highenergy, fastmoving, and supportive team.
  • Aid with special events, and training sessions, and maintain regular communication with the manager.
  • Travel to customer locations as necessary to provide onsite technical support and product training.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our products.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Must be selfmotivated and goalorientated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A degree/diploma in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for internal meetings, training, and customer events.
  • Selfdriven and resultoriented individual who thrives on building longlasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and innovation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and coherent manner.
  • Ability to travel to the USA when required
