    Description

    Primary Responsibilities:
    - Review and price site instructions and work orders as needed.
    - Communicate with partners and team members about new and ongoing projects.
    - Ensure timely completion of estimates for site instructions.
    - Prepare and send out quotations for site instructions with proper follow-up.
    - Build and sustain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
    - Collect proposals, blueprints, specifications, and documents to prepare work for estimation.
    - Assist estimators in determining labor, material, and time needs by examining proposals and blueprints.
    - Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for site instructions and additional tasks to calculate costs.
    - Resolve discrepancies through information gathering and analysis.
    - Analyze and interpret contracts to review scope of work requirements.
    - Coordinate with Foremen, Estimators, and Project Managers to ensure purchase orders are in place for all additional tasks.
    - Generate reports for Project Managers on pending purchase orders and unfinished additional tasks.
    - Compile specialized reports by analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
    - Update cost database with necessary material and labor data using software programs.
    - Stay updated on technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
    - Attend safety meetings, construction management gatherings, and assist Foremen on-site with site instruction inquiries.


    Qualifications:
    - 3+ years of experience in high-rise construction.
    - Ability to interpret architectural plans and create cost estimates.
    - Profound understanding of residential construction processes.
    - Proficiency in Plexxis, MS Word, and Excel.
    - Strong multitasking abilities and adherence to deadlines.
    - Exceptional problem-solving skills.
