    Description

    Our client is looking for a Law Clerk to join their Labour and Employment team. You'll be part of a dynamic group of legal professionals dedicated to providing top-notch service to clients, with plenty of room for growth as part of our successful national team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist lawyers with labour, employment, and arbitration matters
    • Prepare files for various legal proceedings
    • Handle documentation drafting and management tasks
    • Communicate with court staff and administrative bodies
    • Manage matters and data efficiently
    • Collaborate within the team to ensure excellent client service

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a law clerk
    • Law Clerk Diploma or Institute of Law Clerks Ontario Certificate
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and follow directions
    • Knowledge of legal procedures and administrative bodies
    • Bilingualism in French and English is a plus
    • Familiarity with various software tools
    • Team player with a strong work ethic
