    *Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) *Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

    *We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical Administrator to join our team*_*MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.*_


    Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is the #1 Provider of Botox, Juvéderm, CoolSculpting, PRP Hair Restoration, Sculptra, EMSculpt and Fraxel in Canada with 13 Locations in Ontario.

    *Medical Administrator Job Duties:
    • Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
    • Optimize patients' satisfaction and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
    • Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying Medical Associates or Injectors of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding Medical Associates or Injectors of service delays
    • Comfort patients by anticipating patients' needs, anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area
    • Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
    • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
    • Open and close routines
    *Skills:
    • MUST be able to multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude
    • Processing payments communicating with Medical Team and patients
    • Providing excellent customer service
    • A warm, friendly personality
    • Professional communication skills
    • Comfortability managing monetary issues
    • Highly motivated
    • A positive attitude
    • Completely dependable
    *Experience:
    • Previous Medical Administrative experience is an asset
    • Ability to comprehend and retain large amounts of information regarding the variety of services we offer
    • Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor
    • Strong multitasking skills and quick learner for computer skills and scheduling system
    *Average Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour**Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and training.
