What we're looking for
RCGT Consulting Inc. is looking for an experienced Compliance and Quality Assurance Analyst.

Reporting to their Manager, the Compliance and Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring we remain compliant with our ISO and SOC certifications including our internal policies and procedures.

A day in the life

  • Execute compliance audits on all policies and procedures in support of SOC 2 and ISO certifications.
  • Design and implement compliance and quality standards across all programs to ensure continuity.
  • Manage compliance and quality assurance tasks, resource, and establish timelines.
  • Prepare and perform walkthroughs and businesslevel compliance and quality assurance presentations and status reports.
  • Create compliance and quality assurance strategies, initiatives, and materials.
  • Maintain a database of all compliance and quality assurance materials and results.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Strong compliance and quality assurance writing and presentation skills.
  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing in relation to compliance related enhancements or changes, drafting test scripts that will meet the business requirements to ensure all potential scenarios are accounted for and reporting any issues to the relevant IT (Information Technology) Technical Teams for a resolution.
  • Ensure all new and existing programs meet or exceed compliance and quality metrics.

What you'll bring to the table

  • College or University graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Seven plus years of previous compliance and quality assurance experience.
  • Ability to identify key issues and find solutions to overcome them.
  • Effective attention to detail and rigor.
  • Highly organized and structured.
  • Flexibility, and capacity for fastpaced problemsolving.
  • Emotional intelligence and a love for working with others.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Able to obtain or possess a valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance.
