Job Title:
Sales/Warehouse Representative at Cosmaroma Home Renovations Supply Store

Cosmaroma is a leading home renovations supply store that provides high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive shopping experience.

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative that will assist with order picking and customer loading, to join our team in our Burlington, Ontario location and contribute to our growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and product selection
  • Provide expert advice on our products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Process special orders and transfers, and follow up with customers when their orders arrive
  • Conduct inventory counts and order products to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
  • Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
  • Pick customer orders
  • Assist with loading customers and delivery van
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail
  • Knowledge of home renovations products and trends preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Steel toe boots/shoes

Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
