    Description

    Vous effectuerez des travaux de montage et de démontage sur des moteurs à turbine à gaz dérivés de l'aviation et leurs modules pour soutenir les ventes de nouvelles constructions et les activités de réparation et de révision. Tous les travaux sont effectués avec la santé et la sécurité comme notre priorité dans une culture d'assurance qualité et une orientation client. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe formée qui travaillera ensemble pour satisfaire les attentes des clients.

    Responsabilités:

    • Assemblage et démontage de moteurs et modules de turbines à gaz pour la vente de nouvelles constructions ou pour des activités de réparation et de révision
    • Assemblage de modules de compresseur, de combustion et de turbine à l'aide d'instructions de construction détaillées
    • Assemblage de modules dans un moteur à turbine à gaz et application de tuyauterie, d'accessoires et d'éléments externes
    • Équilibrage des arbres, des disques et des ensembles rotor
    • Actions de mesure et de vérification d'assemblage
    • Déplacement des modules et ensembles entre les stations
    • Démontage du moteur et des modules pour réparation et révision
    • Préparation du moteur à turbine à gaz pour expédition au client

    Qualifications:

    • Un diplôme d'études collégiales en aéronautique; ou
    • Un certificat d'études en aéronautique reconnu par le ministère de l'Éducation nationale ; ou
    • Un diplôme d'études professionnelles en aérospatiale; ou
    • Une formation aéronautique pertinente et une expérience acquise au sein des forces armées canadiennes.

    You will perform assembly and disassembly work on aero derivative gas turbine engines and their modules to support new build sales and the repair and overhaul businesses. All work is performed with health and safety as our priority under a culture of quality assurance and a focus on the customer. You will be working with a trained team that are working together to satisfy customer expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assembly and disassembly of gas turbine engines and modules for new build sales or for repair and overhaul activities
    • Assembly of compressor, combustion and turbine modules using detailed build instructions
    • Assembly of modules into a gas turbine engine and application of piping, accessories, and externals
    • Balancing of shaft and discs and Rotor assemblies
    • Measurement and assembly verification actions
    • Movement of modules and assemblies between stations
    • Disassembly of engine and modules for repair and overhaul
    • Preparation of gas turbine engine for shipment to the customer

    Qualifications:

    • A college diploma in aeronautics; or
    • A certificate of study in aeronautics recognized by the Ministry of Education; or
    • A diploma of professional studies in aerospace; or
    • A relevant aeronautical training and experience acquired in the Canadian armed forces.
