SHIPPING CLERK
- Overview:
- The Shipping Clerk for Sonova Canada is responsible for fulfilling non-custom hearing instruments orders and assisting the Logistics Department in ensuring that orders and inventories are processed on time and accurately
Your role:
- Picking product to be shipped according to the pick list
- Packing product according to the company requirements
- Invoicing orders
- Generating daily shipping manifests
- Reprinting, creating, and deleting shipping labels from Agile
- Picking and distributing service parts for Service department
- Putting stock away and replenishing stock locations from overstock
- Total QC function according to ISO Quality Policy Manual
- Other duties as required
- Highschool Diploma
- 12 years experience working in a warehouse environment
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented
- Proactive and a handson hard worker, performanceoriented
- A strong set of personal business values that coincide with the values of the company; must have absolute integrity, high level of ethics and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility in changing and growth oriented environments.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Resilient in the face of change and challenge
- Ability to follow work instructions precisely
- Basic Computer skills
- Must be able to use ladder, be on the feet for most of the day and lift boxes up to 20 lb
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
