  • A Day in the Life
  • Provide the overall onsite administrative and technical support for the project
  • Oversee Foremen, crews and subcontractors
  • Assign job to foreman in TCM and DPR
  • Monitor and track the use of DPR daily reports and target rates
  • Assign crew for project
  • Approve Timesheets
  • Labor Analysis / Schedule
  • Review and update (template created by PM/PC)
  • Review project target rates with Field Team
  • Manage the project labor
  • Progress, target rates communicate progress vs. budget to field and
- office

  • Forecast labour requirements
  • Verify new project is FULLY ready for installation or scan
  • Fill out site Condition report to relay necessary items to be in place before mobilizing (template)
  • Review project specific equipment requirements


  • Order Fastener

  • Issue PO req and arrange for site delivery


  • Order Equipment

  • Issue PO req and arrange for site delivery
  • Attend project site meetings
  • PM/PC only to attend as needed
  • Arrange for inhouse logistics smaller deliveries/pickups (managing Arch driver)
  • Job Set up arrange for orientation, job box, lunch room, etc.
  • Prepare project for kick off
  • Proceed to the job site for a site review kick off meeting with foreman, subcontractors and H&S
  • Fill out Hazard Assessment, Fall Pro, Emergency Plan
  • Set up safety binder and required safety forms for the project
  • Coordinate subcontractors to site as needed
  • Complete prejob drug testing, security clearances, project specific requirements.
  • Coordinate/Track safety training
  • Document safety infractions, injuries, etc.
  • Review labour skill set, promotions, etc.
