Description

PCSL is currently seeking a Part Time Contract Administrator to join our team.
- a) Oversee Program Budget allocations to match MCFD funding
- b) Update MCFD Pricing tools as required
- c) Work with MCFD Contracts administrator to update budgets to match operational needs
- d) Submit monthly reconciliation reports to funder
- e) Work with Executive Director, Accounting firm, Office Manager for accurate tracking and reporting


Education & Experience

  • Graduation from postsecondary education/training in Business Administration plus three to four years of recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
From $25.63 per hour

  • French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Moody, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
