Responsibilities:

Order Entry

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the company's internal systems.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, and pricing.
Order Verification

  • Confirm that customer orders comply with the company policies and procedures.
  • Validate product availability and inform customers of any potential delays or issues.
Communication

  • Communicate with clients, sales representatives, and other management to address inquiries and provide status updates.
  • Resolve issues relating to orders, such as, discrepancies, cancellations, or changes.
Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate order records and documentation.
  • Generate and distribute order confirmations and invoices to customers
Shipping Confirmation

  • Arrange accurate shipping for customers.
  • Generate shipping labels and other necessary documentation.
  • Keep detailed records of shipping and receiving.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Assisting customers with minor troubleshooting tips and tricks
  • Assisting customers with minor account requests
Support the Business Sales team with daily administrative tasks.


Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • General technical knowledge of cellular and wireless data devices
  • General knowledge of SaskTel services
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and OneDrive.


This position is full-time and starts immediately, with the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the business.
