We are seeking a proven, driven team player who is looking to join a fast-paced, high growth, energetic and forward-thinking team.


Responsibilities

  • Manager of full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to close.
  • Develop and implement a higherlevel companywide recruitment process.
  • Reporting & Analytics running monthly analytics on time to hire, volume of applicants & interviews, InMail return rate, and anything else that would be of interest to the management team.
  • Write and update job descriptions and determine the skills required for each job.
- accountable for internal and external job postings.

  • Provide support to hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process (job descriptions, hiring coaching and consulting, process coordination, interview logistics, offer negotiation, etc.).

Requirements:


  • Minimum 35 years of full cycle in house recruitment experience filling corporate (technology, marketing, etc.) and call center roles with experience in remote recruiting.
  • Excellent technical and software skills including MS Office Suite.
  • Great leadership skills and experience working with different levels of management.
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written, client service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpace environment and continue to achieve high quality results.
  • Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Experience working in recruitment for high growth and fast paced.
  • Ability to multitask on multiple roles at the same time.
