Morrison Homes is looking for an Online Sales Assistant to support our online lead program.

As an award-winning builder, we've built the reputation of the Homebuyer's Best Friend and need someone enthusiastic, highly organized and tech-savvy to engage with leads both over the phone and digitally, to manage live chat and express the Morrison brand online.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid role.


Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the
Online Sales Assistant:

  • Builds and maintains a working knowledge of home models, promotions, pricing, and communities.
  • Qualifies leads based on individual needs and works with prospects to determine the best fit community.
  • Provides information and marketing material to prospects as needed.
  • Follows up with prospects after their scheduled meeting.
  • Maintains CRM database of leads and prospects with updated information and detailed customer notes.
  • Tracks and reports on lead management activities.
  • Assists with various marketing and sales administration tasks.
  • May be occasionally required to attend and participate in Morrison or Developer events.

Your experience in customer service tells you this requires more than just providing timely and accurate information.

It takes a positive attitude, a friendly personality, and the ability to navigate a variety of communication and productivity tools (mostly online ones).

And when it comes to work life balance, you're not looking for a typical 9 to 5 job. The prospect of working flexible hours from home and at the office, sounds like a dream come true.


Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 25 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or Live Chat software an asset.
  • Previous experience within the real estate or home building industry an asset.
  • Experience in online marketing and lead generation tactics considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to work from home, at the office and to be available evenings and weekends.
