About this Role

What you'll get to DO

Provide outstanding customer service Greet guests, offer recommendations, and respond to questions and requests. Ensure satisfaction with food & beverage service by delivery in a timely manner
Process orders as applicable for the event; this includes taking and entering food and beverage orders, processing payments
Maintain a clean and organized environment: Perform side work and maintain clean service areas
Follow alcohol and beverage controls, regulatory policies and procedures and maintain professionalism with guests and coworkers
Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be Successful

Must be at least 19 years of age or older
One year Serving experience
Wine and beverage or previous bartending knowledge or experience an asset
Ability to obtain a Responsible Beverage certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to professionally handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests
