Come join our dynamic Leader Services Team We are looking for a talented, progressive and innovative professional who is committed to achieving our key priorities:

Here's how you will make an impact on the organization:

  • Schedule and organize key training and development initiatives/events for leaders which fall under Leader Services
  • Coordinating New Leader Onboarding program logistics such as: administration of feedback mechanism, scheduling of meeting and events, preparation of event day materials and website content maintenance
  • Schedule and Coordination of Strengths based leadership coaching including tracking and reporting
  • Supporting Leader Services Learning and OD Consultant with leader development programs
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and procuring vendors and resources to support the quality and experience of learning events
  • Serve as back up for Leader Recruitment coordination and team administrative team members
  • Other coordinating duties as may be assigned from time to time

Here's what you need to have:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Event Planning, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Experience in event planning and development (both in person and virtual)
  • Exceptional organizational skills focused on process and efficiency improvements to reduce administrative burden
  • Able to adeptly navigate communications with all leaders within the organization
  • Selfstarter who demonstrates a strong capacity for agility and creativity
  • Collaborative and resourceful, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues across various departments
  • Skilled procurement and negotiation skills; ability to identify alternative solutions
  • A desire to develop existing skills and grow within the Learning and Organizational Development field
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred

We offer employees, in roles that are conducive to remote work, the flexibility and the right mix of remote and in-office work (approximately 80/20).

Acknowledging that the primary works space will be remote work from home, but there will be times when onsite presence is appropriate just as there will be times when onsite presence may not be possible.


The expectation is that remote work locations, as part of the Flex First program, will be in the employee's place of residence, and adhere to all THP policies and procedures, with special consideration towards privacy.
