As a customer service specialist at Accuenergy, you will be coordinating between Sales, Marketing and Operation teams, as well as our customers.

They will rely on your prompt response with accurate information. You will coordinate request from customers and internal stakeholders with pre-set processes.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact on clients' order fulfillment process
  • Work closely with global customers, suppliers, and sales team to provide great customer service
  • Process client sales orders and shipping documents effectively and efficiently. Proactively issue SO, PO and monitor open orders in the information system
  • Communicate promptly with customers and suppliers regarding price, quotation, order status, production schedule and delivery, etc.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal crossfunctional teams on order management activities
  • Professionally address and resolve order and shipping issues in time
  • Ensure positive ongoing customer service and support
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Accuenergy products and services to meet customer needs and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, selfmotivated, service and solutionoriented
  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & Internet
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin is an asset.

Experience:
