    Description

    Senior Director of Product is involved in every aspect of the product development process, from defining the product strategy and roadmap, deciding which new product ideas will be most successful and overseeing execution of product deployments with Brim's B2B partners. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate and implement product releases with B2B partners
    • Own product roadmap through thoughtful discovery, business cases and prioritization
    • Collaborate with technology, operations, and design to lead product discovery, development, and delivery with a "platform first" mindset for all products and services related to Brim's platform.
    • Product positioning & effectively defining and communicate our value proposition by working with customers, prospects and knowledgeable third parties
    • Coordinate smooth product release, delivery and support setting technology direction
    • Utilize business processes analyses to understand customer business drivers and translate them into functional requirements
    • Manage Jira boards and product sprints, across all divisions including Product
    • Map out coordination of resources to successfully launch products and measuring core success metrics to continually iterate and improve future phases.

    • You have demonstrated ability to lead complex businesses or product lines to growth through innovation and creativity.
    • You have solid Product Management experience bringing B2B solutions to market.
    • You understand that giving and receiving feedback is crucial in your development and growth.
    • You are successful creating lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a strong ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
    • You have the ability to think analytically and abstractly. You are a persuasive, effective, and inspirational communicator.
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related.
    • Technical knowledge
    • Experience in Cards at Fintech or FI
    • Relevant experience leading implementations with B2B partners
    • 5+ years as a consultant.
    • PMP and/or Master's certification in Project Management an asset.
