Mosaic is growing and we're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team.


In this office-based role, you will support the management and administration of our in-house sales team and active sales campaigns.

You have a passion for real estate, are smart, driven and looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door to kick-start your career.

Your friends would describe you as the most organized person they know. You are as good with people as you are wielding a spreadsheet. You have grit and determination to overcome any obstacle and take genuine pride in a job well done.

Who You Are

You have a post-secondary degree along with previous experience in the real estate industry. You are keen to put your passion to work and grow your career.

You know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel). Bonus points if you have experience using a CRM.

You get things done and plan ahead. You are detail oriented, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and support your team.


Finally, you always strive to bring out the best in others, have a 'can-do' attitude and see possibilities and opportunities.
