- Coordinate, execute, and report on digital marketing activities and marketing automation campaigns
- Coordinate posting schedules and author posts for content marketing in support of corporate branding and line of business campaigns
- Post website updates and announcements
- Maintain company web properties using a CMS (content management system)
- Create UTMs for inbound web traffic
- Coordinate and manage the execution of small scope digital projects
- Ensure quality control procedures are in place and adhere to firm brand standards and objectives
- Collaborate with marketing managers to contribute to the development of new ideas and strategic digital marketing tactics
- Work with other digital team members and leaders to implement campaign initiatives and ensure an exceptional user experience
Skills and Experience
- Postsecondary education in marketing or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, including marketing automation campaigns and analytics
- Knowledge of Sitecore, Google Analytics or Data Studio, would be an asset
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript would be an asset
- Ability to efficiently switch tasks to support MNP's diverse service lines and client groups
- A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on effective processes and structure to accomplish priorities
- Strong communication skills with an ability to see the whole user journey and communicate that vision
- Ability to speak and write in French would be an asset
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
